When I first started this blog, I thought it would be important to have an e-mail address posted so that people could get in touch with me if need be. So, I set up an e-mail account just for this blog. I checked it dilligently, making sure I got back to the masses of people that e-mailed me (which there were very few if any). Because of the overwhelming amount of e-mails that I got (maybe 2 per month... and those were junk mail), I completely got out of the habit of checking that e-mail account. Furthermore, it was a g-mail account which is blocked here at work, so I really dropped the ball there.
Well, it's been about 6 months since I've checked it. On a whim, I thought I'd check it just in case Blizzard somehow sent the e-mail to that address... because they wanted a loyal blogger to participate. That wasn't the case, but I did find a few people had e-mailed me asking about various things. And to them, I wanted to apologize for not responding sooner. It's not that I was ignoring you, it's just that I was too lazy to check.
So, I've removed the e-mail address. If you want to contact me, you may do so in game, or by leaving a way for me to contact you in a comment. I'd use another e-mail address on this blog, but it would have to be one that I could check regularly at work, and the ones I have here aren't very good at filtering junk e-mail (gmail's usually pretty great at that).

Just incase you wanted to keep using gMail as the email address.
The only way that I am able to go to it at work is if I use a secure connection, otherwise it is blocked. So, incase you don't know how to do that, it is https://www.gmail.com (just an 's' after the normal http).
Unfortunately. It doesn't work for me. :)
I was wondering why you never wrote me back!!! j/k
Some IT people are actually smart enough to block both http and https I guess. The only real solutions are to 1) Tunnel using a VPN (I'm sure your IT guys will love you doing this)
2) Get an obscure e-mail website that isn't blacklisted (G-mail isn't for me for some reason)
3) Tell people your real e-mail address that you regularly check I'll be nice and write it here for you: LeiandraLikesItHot at Hotmail dot com. See I was nice and made it so the bots wouldn't spam you.
Its much easier if you have a mobile device that can access the internet and check mail if you want to.
For Instance I've had a IPhone for a long time im also a Mac user so works for me. When im at work I barely every use the internet for anything. I probably use the corporate internet less than 1% the time. I get and check all my email on my IPhone which i carry around all the time on my rounds or when im actually doing work. As well I read blogs all the time of course since I blog too so I can catch up on all my blogs as well as comment on the fly straight from my Phone. No firewall or internet blockage there. Can access everything anytime all the time. Thats what I use works well for me.
Yeah, that's a good idea, Galo... but... but... that costs money. :)
Hmm... and maybe I will put up my Primogeniture e-mail account. You never know when Bill Gates wants to give me millions of dollars to test his latest e-mail program. :)
